Rot Repair & Carpentry

Wood houses in Maine more often than not have some rot that needs to be addressed. Our painters can handle basic repairs such as shingle & clapboard replacement and our carpenter can handle more advanced issues such as flashing and door replacement.

Sign Restoration

Pressure Washing & Soft Washing

Our standard procedure is to softwash exterior surfaces with bleach. We use a pressure washer to supply water fast but generally do not put much pressure on the house.

Deck Staining

Our preferred method of protecting horizontal surfaces is with an exterior oil based semi transparent stain. These products last 1-2 years (paint & solid stain lasts maybe 2 years) but do not peel when they fail. That means there is no intensive sanding - just softwash, dry and re apply.
